| During the first quarter 2007, Construction Cost Index resulted 126.4 per cent (Q.IV 1999 = 100) signing an increase of 0.9 per cent against the previous quarter.
The Construction Cost Index has signed an annual rate of 3.3 percent. In the same period of year 2005, this change was 0.3 percent.
The “Direct Expenditures” index group, raised by 1.3 per cent against the previous quarter.
Within the “Direct expenditures” group the highest increase of all subgroups has had the “Material expenditures” by 1.7 per cent. Here we can mention the increase prices of construction materials by 1.8 per cent, electric materials by 1.3 per cent and hydro – sanitary materials by 0.2 per cent.
The index of “Anticipated profit” has signed an increase by 0.5 per cent.
The index in other subgroups fluctuates from – 0.2 percent to 1.2 percent. |
