Albanian government on Tuesday sold 76 percent of its fixed-line telephone operator Albtelecom sh.a. to
a joint company of Turkey’s Calik Group and landline operator Turk Telekom for Euro120 million (US$161 million).
Albanian Economy Minister Genc Ruli signed the contract with Ahmet Calik, president of the Turkish company.
