ATHENS (Albanian Times) - Greek pharmaceuticals company Alapis announced it has set up a new company in Tirana, Albania, called Veterinpharma Albania Shpk.
The company will produce and trade chemicals, medicines, and agricultural products for human and veterinary use, Alapis said in an announcement to the Athens Stock Exchange.
It said Veterinpharma Albania's share capital is 15,000 eur and Alapis is the sole shareholder.
Alapis announced Aug 1 the creation of two other companies with the same specialization, Veterin Pharma Doo Beograd in Serbia and Veterin Hungary Kft in Hungary.
