Sofia. Albania may relay on invitation for NATO member state at the summit in Bucharest in April 2008, chairperson of national body for protection of classified information in Albania Shakiri Dekavili said in an interview to FOCUS News Agency.
He attends the international conference in Sofia in reference to the 5th anniversary of the Bulgaria’s State Commission on Information Security.
We hope to receive an invitation because we have done all reforms in the economy field and protection and secure fields. In my opinion we have done very good job in fields of security and protection in Albania. With a view to NATO’s assessment Albania has been harmonized its legislation according to protection of NATO’s classified information after secure policy of the Alliance. Albanian assessments from reports and inspections are really good and we hope to receive an invitation next April at the summit in Bucharest, Dekavili said. He added that Albania is using significant part of Bulgarian experience. (Fokus)
