Job Description
• Achieve quantitative and qualitative targets as set by the company
• Promote & develop customer satisfaction
• Analyze customer’s communication costs, suggest the right solution to reduce them, explain our various products and services to customers
• Promote directly new products and services to the customers
• Ethical and accurate implementation of all company’s policies and procedures
• Dealing with the general and specific requirements of the customers and enforcing the mutual collaboration
• Prepare weekly/monthly/yearly report as per line Managers request regarding Sales activity
Position Requirements
Skills / Qualifications Required: • Bachelor degree
• At least two years of previous job experience in direct or indirect sales
• Customer satisfaction oriented people
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
• Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
• Able and willing to work in team
• Valid driving license
• Willing to work under pressure
Minimum Education Level required: Bachelor
Minimum Years of Experience required: 1 to 2 Years
