TIRANA 10 10 2007 – The law affairs parliamentary committee has failed for the second time to discus the draft presented by the majority on the restriction of the immunity of the deputies on charges of corruption and misuse office.
The members of the left-wing opposition said on Tuesday during a meeting of the committee that the immunity issue was a closed chapter for them, reminding the majority’s deputies of their act on the voluntary relinquishment of the immunity. (Albanian Daily News)
