Turkey to Support Albania’s NATO Bid
TIRANA – Turkey has guaranteed it will support Albania’s NATO membership bid and assist its Armed Forces.
This was promised by Turkish Defense Minister Vecdi Gönül to his Albanian counterpart Fatmir Mediu. The defence ministers attended the handover ceremony of South-Eastern Europe Brigade (SEEBRIG), South-East Europe Defense Ministerial (SEDM) Process and Politico-Military Steering Committee (PMSC) from Albania to Macedonia.
