Rama Unhappy with Topi’s Election

TIRANA – Opposition’s leader, Socialist Party (SP) chairman Edi Rama on Friday expressed his sadness for the election of Bamir Topi as Albania’s new president.

Rama labeled Topi’s election as another hideous act on the scene of old politics, while declared the expulsion from the party of the six “rebellious” Socialist deputies, who broke rank with their own coalition. (Albanian Daily News)
