Albanian Parliament Approves Supplementary Budget
TIRANA – With 79 votes in favor and 35 against, Albania's parliament on Thursday approved the supplementary budget of 2007 which totals Lek27.7 billion (US$311.6 million/226.2 million euro) and will go for public investments, debt payments as well as salary and pension increases.
Finance Minister Ridvan Bode said the supplementary budget was a result of the administration and the improvement of the fiscal performance.
