Parliamentary Body Rejects President’s Decree on Fines Law

Mima said the Finance Ministry experts are of the opinion that the President’s arguments are generally groundless and the constitution is not violated

Parliamentary Economy and Finance Committee on Monday rejected the president’s decree that called for review of the so-called fines law, under which, the taxpayers before they can present themselves to court are obliged to pay 15% of any penalty and interests.
