Parliament Overrules President’s Decree on Fines Law
Albanian parliament on Monday overruled the president’s decree that called for review of the so-called fines law, under which,
the taxpayers before they can present themselves to court are obliged to pay 15% of any penalty and interests.
Some 72 lawmakers voted against the president’s decree, while 31 voted in its favour.
